School

I started my school career in Tielt, a small city in West-Flanders, where I also live today. After 2 years I discovered that ASO wasn't for me, I was looking for more technical lessons. So in highschool I studied IW (industrial sciences).

Kahosl logoAfter high school I first tried for a master degree but didn't pass the math and physics exams.
So then I decided to study electronics. Now I'm graduated as a bachelor in electronics. Now at the and of the bachelor to master program i have 2 exams that I have to do over again. I hope at the 17nd of September I can write that I'm in my final year!

Besides that I'm also the admin of the electronics school bulletin board. (http://elo.on8tk.com/)

Ham Radio

Like many of the present amateurs I started as a pirate on the CB (27MHz). But after some weeks I asked for my authorization ;-) I was 13 at the time.
Via the CB I talked to Carl, ON7BIP who already had his amateur license. He advised me to take the exam for HAM. So on October 10th 2001 I passed the VHF/UHF exam. By September 2003 I got my CEPT class A (HF) license.

Since April 2005 I'm the city manager (CM) of 'UBA Radio Club Tielt'.

WiFi

I'm also interested in 'wardriving', searching for wireless networks. So I'm a member of wardrivers.be the largest wardriving community in Belgium.
Currently I have 31000 access point seen first in the Wardriver.be database.

Photography

I'm also interested in photography. Sometimes i get out for a walk just to make pictures. UrbEx (Urban Explorering) is one of my favourite things to take pictures of. (Watch my gallery)
